I worked for wfnnb for several months and they lied to all consumer. they hold your payment until after the due date so they can get late fees. Also, they strees us employee to sell sell sell if if you ave to add promotional programs on the account. If you dont sell enough they will fire you. This force the employee to cram a customer account just to meet their goals. I quit I have morals and will not do theat to anyone plus they give a lady a hard time about not paying her bill when she did not receive it return mail is what the computer had on it, I took but the late fees, cleared all past due that reports to credit bureau, put her account in a postive status. That same day I was quitting so I didn't mind helping someone in need and with other I had I truely tried to help clear the late fees as long as the customer is nice. If they had a nasty or sarcastic remark things stayed the same. Please, please do not use WFNNB they are full of shit.

I have had 2 additions to one of my cards. They said IT WAS Late. I just said no problem, from now on it won't be late, cause now I ain't sending you shit. So sell it to someone so I can advise them also that I told them already I am not paying, now you either so sell me again. They got pissed and sold me. Now I don't hear shit from any of them. I have other cards with great credit, don't need their penny-anni shit!

Good job for quitting, you are where some of the morals of this country have gone. Now lets get morals and integrity back to the main stream people.

I made 3 consecutive payments to World Financial Network National Bank to come out of my checking account each month for 3 months. They still charge a late fee and a $10.00 fee for the electronic payment. So, my $100 payment is reduced to $61.00. I purchased furniture from Value City. Never again!
