Interest rate  9% is the prevailing interest of the company.
Re age  Only after 3 payments are received from the customer the accounts are re-aged.
Acceptable Payment  2.25% of balance or $10.0 whichever is more is the minimum acceptable payment.
Account Numbers  16 digits account numbers beginning with 700 are maintained by the company.
Notes   Required proposed percentage before 1st January 2004 was 2% of balance or minimum $10 whichever is higher and the required proposed percentage after 1st April 2004 is 2.25% of the balance or minimum $10 whichever is more.The annual percentage rate before 1st April 2000 was reduced to 6% and the annual percentage rate after 1st April 2000 is reduced to 9%. HRS will only contribute to Fair Share on counseling firms that are accredited.
