Notes  These accounts were originally with Hurley State Bank. Citibank took over Hurley state Bank in December 2001. The annual percentage rate was reduced to 8% if the proposals were accepted before 17th February 2000.Similarly proposal accepted between 17th February 2000 and 20th August 2003 was reduced to 12.99% and proposal accepted after 20th August 2003 is reduced to only 9.99%.
