Interest rate  Only 9% is the prevailing interest of the company.
Re age  Only after 3 payments are received by the company from the customers on an accepted proposal the accounts are re-aged.
Acceptable Payment  2.25% of balance or $10.0 whichever is more is the minimum acceptable payment to be done by the customers.
Account Numbers  13 digit account numbers beginning with 110 and 111,and 15 digit account numbers beginning with 200 and 261 are maintained by the company.
Notes  Required proposed percentage was 2% of balance or minimum $10 whichever is more if the proposal is accepted before 1st January,2004 and if the proposal is accepted after 1st January 2004 then the required proposed percentage is 2.25% of the balance or minimum $10 whichever is more.The annual percentage rate was reduced to 6% before 1st April 2000 and after 1st April 2000 the annual percentage rate is reduced to 9%. HRS will only contribute to Fair Share on counseling firms that are accredited.
