I will tell you that it is sometimes a nerve wracking process. But James has always gotten with us when there is something to tell. Let him do what he knows to do. We have, so far, settled $47K for $15K and he is working on three Chase accounts now that he says will be done by the end of the month. One thing I can tell you is just hang on: there will be days you get panicked, days you want to hear from him and don't but he's got it under control. I have learned if he's expecting something to settle this month, it will be next. It's not his fault; these companies want to get their money so they do take the time to settle, hoping to get it. For this reason, nothing goes as fast as you want it to! I have full confidence in him. He has done what he said he would do and has even found us ways to speed the process up. We were certainly headed for court and James has headed that off. He even told us from the get go that we would probably have at least one lawsuit but is pretty sure now we will avoid that. He keeps telling me not to let this get to me and he'll tell you that too. He knows what he's doing and knows how these companies work. I think you have made a good choice! | |
