Well, I did not speak to her, I was not speaking to her anyway..she is a complete bit%$, ruined Christmas...anyway, Made a new shrimp recipe. It was really good..even though hubby complained it was not hot (temp ) enough. Linguini, with a roasted red pepper, mushroom, artichoke and herbed cream sauce. It was really easy, took about 30 minutes total. SHould have made it with angel hair though...not a big fan of linguini.

I've also got an issue with Linguine...I think its a texture thing for me. However, that sauce you made sounds wonderful!

Turkey can be dressed up....do a hot turkey sandwich open faced with gravy and mashed potato.

Paul, enjoy Benihana...I love that place.

It will definately be turky, but not too sure about the sides. Salad and acorn squash sounds good to me.

Tonight I am making a pork tenderloin if my wife did not freeze both of them. Had a Sams club pass and picked them up 2 for 7.00.
