Friday night is Shrimp and Grits. Cheese grits that is! When I moved here I foung the recipe on the local grits box! mmmmmmmmmmm!

Yep! Going to use Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream too!! I've been on a diet and Friday night will be my night to splurge. That and the fact that I don't really like to cook. When my kids are with their dad on the weekends I can get away with eating nothing!
