Well, I'm from the south so there's nothing more we like than a good old fashioned pig pickin'. My dad used to buy a hog every Christmas and we would have ALL of my family over and pick right off the pit! It was so great!

But tonight, for me...roast beef sandwiches from Arby's. My husband and I have to eat on the run and I haven't had Arby's in awhile. Maybe I'll get one of their apple turnovers, too!

Well Eleroo eat one for me. There isn't an Arbys closer than an hour to me so I will have to live through you.

I am buying another hog. You all have me hankering for one. A coworker of mine has a brother that raises hogs, so we buy a just weaned baby from him for $25 then raise him and fatten him up. Then when he gets big enough we slaughter him. Very inexpensive to do it that way. Last time we bought one bag a feed as a supplement but basically fed him our leftovers as his main staple and boy was he good eatin!

Kielbasa, Boudin, Andouille, Luganaga, Bratwurst Baurenwurst, Weisswurst, Knockwurst, Italian Fennel and bangers. Never met a sausage I didn't like. How about crumbled country sausage and gravy over biscuits. Breakfast!

What is Arbys made of? I could roast beef for years and never get a texture and flavor like that. My office has a stack of BOGO coupons for there so I go every now and then.

Me either frogpatch. In fact, I've rarely met FOOD I don't like! (With the exception of pickled stuff).

PY, I'm jealous! I love pork, and you are right. Raising your own is the best way to go. And you get so much meat from him. When my dad would slaughter just for our family we ate off of him for a very long time. Plus he always grew a huge garden!!! Nothing like fresh veggies!!!

I do love some sausage gravy and biscuits.

Arbys roast beef is basically roast beef, chopped and then re-pressed into a "loaf".
