Volley was kind enough to share a recipe with me for Mexican street food that I am definitely going to try this weekend. I looked if the fridge to see what I needed and was checking out the hot sauce. The one I would use for this is called Cholula. I am out of it. I did find Tabasco which I use primarily on seafood like clams and oysters, Franks which is good on chicken as in wings, this habenero stuff that I bought in the Mexican store that will last 20 years because more than a couple drops could be fatal, Sambal an asian chili garlic sauce that is deliciously hot. But I am out of two of my favorites Cholula and Bodines Original Red which I love on fried chicken but I can only get it through my job as we rep their sister company that make emergency lighting products. They have a pepper fest here every year where all the masochists gather to suffer as much tongue torcher as they can stand. I was one of them this year until I came to a sauce called "Al Gore, I invented hot sauce," which burns you immediately and lasts forever. So what hot sauce do you like? I know Volley is going to jump right on this one!

Frog, will I get banned from the forums if I admit that I do not like hot sauce of any kind?

I don't either Kash... hubby eats tabasco on everything. I think it just drowns out the flavor of the food!!
Everything tastes the same when u use the same ol hot sauce on it!

Kash..I am with you...for fear of being banned...I am not really into hot sauce. My dad was into spicy food and as an adult..I do not want anything that makes my nose run.
