Ok you foodies..I have to have the in laws over Sunday..and hubby volunteered us to make dinner..I am tired of the same old stuff and am rather limited with my abilities right now...any ideas for something different, yummo and easy????

had to have the quick, heart clogger Mc. D's for supper

Roxy, stuff a tenderloin I am going to do that next weekend. Have your hubby trim off al the silver and then cut it open and stuff it with mushrooms, onions, garlic, green peppers, whatever you like. Tie it up and throw it in the oven, with some butter on top. it's quick and easy. But mine I am going to cook over a campfire in the snow

Oh my..That sounds really really good....

Puddle, you sound like you really like the outdoors!! I am a BABY!!! It is 20 degrees and snowing like mad and I am miserable...I have a race on Saturday, and I am so upset about running in the snow..If I hadn't already paid I wouldn't even run it. I want to go back home, this weather will be the death of me!!
