If you are staying home, traveling, going out to eat, etc...wont you share with us whats on the menu OR just even your favorite dish around the Thanksgiving table?
We have such a diverse and regional board, it would be neat to see the different types of dishes and culinary traditions we have here on the board.

Traditional dinner for us. Turkey, mashed potatos, stuffing,gravy and veggies. Of course a bunch of different desserts.It is my favorite holiday!!!!

Turkey-1 baked and 1 deep fried
Ham with my special homemade glaze
Mashed Potato
Homemade gravy
Stuffing
Green Bean casserole
Macaroni and Cheese
Broccoli, cheese, rice "hot dish" recipe from my mid-western grandmother
Corn
Rolls
Caramel Apple Pie
Banana Foster Bread Pudding
Pumpkin Pie

We're traveling with Interstate 10 closed cuz of a well blow-out! SIGHS! Gonna be a long trip but we're having fried turkey, turducken, shrimp dressing, all the traditional veggies and like kash, loads of desserts!

We are traveling to the inlaws for a huge Thanksgiving dinner. I know there will be 3 turkeys, I provided 2 and my sister in law provided 1.

When ever I see Paula Dean cook a turduken my mouth starts to water. It looks so good. I never tasted one. Are they as good as they look?

They are so tasty...rich duck, tender turkey and chicken then the stuffing that is in it good too.
Didnt get to order one in time this year so doing the deep-fried instead with cajun seasoning injected into it.

Can u guys buy Cajun Injector there? Also what do u fry it in? (what kinda oil?)

Got the injector kit with cajun seasoning and frying, Peanut oil. Got a huge jug of it today portioned for the fryer.

So u can get teh injector there in CA?? That's way cool!
Way back we used to fry turkey's in hog lard! Now we also use peanut oil.
