Please Help!!!!!! | 25 Jun, 2008 12:08:35 PM I received a call from Genesse Valley yesterday. I asked them for a statement showing my balance, fees and whatnot. They are claiming the letter that they faxed me was my statement.They talked to my boyfriend yesterday and offered half. Today I talked to someone other than the person I requested to talk to. She gave me a higher offer. I finally talked to Mark and he said that she was not authorized to do that. What if I were to have payed the larger amount? I also don't understand why they can't provide me with the actual statement? Please help! | |
