Company/Individual reported: DebtXS

This is the worst company ever. They will take your money for the retainer but then do nothing for you. Stay away from these guys

Bankruptcy is a very serious decision to make. It impacts your life for a number of years. If you have tried all the other ways, i.e. debt management program, debt consolidation, etc than that may be the only option for you.

Bankrutpcy is alot different now and not as easy to do as it once was. There are alot of things that are taken into consideration on what chapter you will qualify for based on your income and if you have secured/unsecured debt as such. I would contact an attorney that offers a free consulation and that will give you an idea of what to expect.

i know that with the new bankruptcy laws, that they will not allow some to file. for example my father had 15,000 in debt he could not pay after a bad devorce and a very very low income. He tried to file and the attorneys told him that with the new laws that he did not have enough debt that it would be worth him filing.

Love.,....saying that it would not be "worth" filing is not saying he couldn t file. Sounds like the attorneys were actually looking after his best interest. $15k in debt is really in my opinion, not worth the credit ding. A second or third job could get that cleared up in 2-3 years.

Donald.,

Bankruptcy, should never be considered IMO. What kind of debt are you currently dealing with?

I would call 866-833-6398 they could make 15K go away for 3000 in 4-5 months.
