Hi I submitted a help question in the forum under the name dee_102503, name dee, now when I go in to signup it tells me a user already exists with this e-mail address - which is ofcourse me. I don't recall creating a password since I was able to submit a question without signing up. Now I can't sign up or in or submit a question without the "user already exists error" pls help thanks

check you email for your password maybe you are using the wrong password
