You need to customize your packages
You have a great history in debt consolidation but the last time I came to you’ll I was terribly disappointed. Actually I have been saving to buy a car and I had to consolidate my debt using the remaining of my income. This, your agents did not agree to and calculated the package based on my entire takehome just because they had the calculations easy. This is not done. You have to try to adjust to the need of your clients also. Please take note of this in future.

great organization to work with
They helped me with debts worth $9,000 and also helped me get another loan for my home extension. This was really a double treat at the same price.
