One of the site admins pointed out to me today that the BBB website of Reno under our website name "Debt Consolidation Care" has "JVC Processing" as a DBA.

I want to make it clear that:
1. This is a mistake by BBB. Possibly orchestrated by one of one of the competitors or payday loan companies.
2. Debt consolidation care has no relationship with any paydayloan company including "JVC Processing". We have never taken a dime from any payday loan company.
3. I am going to talk to BBB Reno to make sure that they remove "JVC Processing" as the DBA of "Debt Consolidation Care"
4. I will be demanding a public retraction from BBB Reno and I will post it under this topic if I get one.

As JVC Processing is registered as a fictitious business name in the state of Kansas, I have literally spent the last 24 hours pouring through articles of incorporation and sec filings to ascertain who is the parent company of JVC. Since my eyes are totally tweaked I plan on calling the Secretary of State in Kansas tomorrow to gain more information on this company.

While Denny is set out to prove the grievance error on the part of the BBB for indicating this blatantly false information, my goal is to collect the paper trail of who JVC Processing is in its entirety.

Denny & Polly, I appreciate this post.It helps me understand what straws people are grasping at with this allegation.I can tell you that I was unable to find any sec of state info for a jvc processing in the state of Nevada when I checked yesterday.

Thank you for posting this information. It shows this sites purpose is honest and credible, and it's not looking to profit off of the poor, the weak, or the helpless. It's about credibility. It's sad to see some people are looking for any little thing and then running with it. Just another case of people not checking out their information . . . .

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm SO glad to see this information posted publically to defuse the situation at hand. I saw no reason for any payday lender to be connected to our site - made no sense whatsoever.

I've only slept 3 hours since Saturday and I hope I have connected the dots adequately. Do a google search to compare addresses and compare the Missouri corporations to the Nevada corporations. Logic puts the pieces of the puzzle together and allows one to see that a small payday loand company is always ultimately linked to a very large bank in a obscure and not always obvious way.

This website along with the other sites tabbed at the top are owned and operated by Inter next Technologies and that is the only company in the U.S. There is truly no legitimate dirty laundry out there for Inter next. If there were I'd be the first one to walk away, but Inter next is an honest company with honest people who have honest intentions.

I know bbb did a big mistake or was not a big mistake?
"sometimes success came to a greater price" and some bad people really envy debt consolidation care because have a forum that is doing for consumers what government is not doing and some people are really angry!!!
