After downloading Debtcc Desktop application install it in the desired location and then double click on the icon in the desktop. After the splash screen the 1st screen as given in the screenshot above is displayed. |

Next, user needs to create an account to start using the application. Enter your name, desired username and password and click on Ok button. This application supports multiple user accounts. So you and your other family members can maintain their own accounts in the same computer. |

Once your account is successfully created you will get a confirmation message which is shown in the above screenshot. Now you can start using Debtcc desktop application. Use your login name and password to login to the main application interface. |

After logging in, you will be taken to the screen displayed above. Using this debt load calculator you can determine present ratio between your income and outstanding debt. You need to enter your existing amount of debt and total annual income. Based on the information you provide the application will assess your financial position. Please note that the information you are entering is not sent to debtconsolidationcare or any other company. We believe in maintaining a strict privacy policy and be assured that we will not use any of your confidential information without your permission. |

After entering all the details click on 'Calculate' button. In the next screen Debtcc desktop will give you recommendation based on the information entered in the previous screen. This recommendation will be based on the percentage of your debt in comparison with your income. |

If your debts have become too high for you to manage and the application recommends that serious steps need to be taken then you can get yourself registered with Debtconsolidationcare using the 'Free counseling form' provided with the application. The process is very simple. You only need to fill up the necessary details in the form and click on 'Submit' button. All your details will be submitted with Debtconsolidationcare and in 48-72 hours a councilor will contact you for settling your debt. Information that you submit will be transferred securely over the network. The application uses 128-bit encryption and hence there is no possibility of your confidential data falling in wrong hands. |

This is 'Refer a friend' section. If you have been benefited by services from Debtconsolidationcare you will be able to refer people who are in debt to avail the same benefits. All you need to do is mention the name and email address of the person you want to refer and click on 'Send email' button. A default letter is already provided in the application. But you have the option of personalizing it and sending your own customized letter. |
