Notes	The company contributes 5% of the fair share if payment is received through paper check.The annual percentage rate will be reduced to 0% if the acceptance of proposal is made before 10th October,2000.On the other hand if the proposal is accepted after 10th October,2000 the annual perccentage rate will be reduced to 6%.The accounts of the debtors are re-aged once in five years as well as the company pull accounts from collection agencies.

We have had a Diamond Credit Card since we were in York in 1997. It supposedly was closed, but is still showing as active on our credit report. How can we close this? We have not been in York since 1997 and have no use for this card.
