 gmajana | 24 Aug, 2007 09:32:44 AM Good morning....first of all I have to apologize about my posts. In reading alot of this stuff I get really nervous. As I posted before I did not get the response I wanted...well after doing some more research I found out I was in contact with the wrong company in the wrong town. Once I connected with the Orlando office things were on track. I did talk to someone and got the information I wanted and the program is working for me. It does take some patience and when you have creditors hounding you it's tough. It took 6 months before there was any action taken but now the ball is rolling. They have negotiated with my creditors. So at this point in the game I am very satisfied. I hope it continues to work and I hope it works for all of you. Good luck! | |
Hank | 18 Aug, 2007 10:48:42 AM I would like to know what you would do for a client that is being sued. I am with your company now and I have creditors after me hard. When I signed with the credit exchange I was told this was never going to happen. Obviously debt management has not worked for me. I do realize that it does work, just not in my situation. I would like to know what you are going to do about my situation. I was given a settlement, which I can not pay and a payment plan which exceeds what I was paying originally. Now I am stuck, I don't have any options, not even bankrumpcy. You probably don't care, but since you mentioned all the probono work that you do, how about lending a helping hand to one of your clients and give me a personal loan and I'll pay you monthly the same amount I have been already paying, untill it is paid off. gmajana | 19 Jul, 2007 06:54:28 PM FINALLY A RESPONSE BUT SURE WASN'T WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO!! SO THEY ARE TRYING TO TELL ME THE REASON AFTER ALMOST 7 MONTHS OF TAKING MONEY FROM US THAT THE REASON NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE IS BECAUSE I DIDN'T DO WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO. I DID SEND OUT ALL THE "CEASE COMMUNICATIONS" WITH THE COMPANY ADDRESS ON IT AND REQUESTED MY BILLS BE SENT THERE, THEY STILL SEND THEM TO ME BUT I FORWARD THEM ON TO YOUR COMPANY EVERY MONTH. IT'S FUNNY HOW THIS HAS GOTTEN TURNED AROUND ON ME. I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE EXPECTED THAT. SO I DID GET A RESPONSE BUT NOT ANSWERS. Then I get a copy of an account but not mine, and then get an email wanting to know who referred me to your company...now what am I supposed to think??? | |

In reading some of the stuff on this company I am getting nervous beings I have been in this program for over 6 months and there has been no activity as of yet and no correspondence. I dont have the money to just give away, and I want this program to work.
