Received several letters that were cc'd to me by the Florida Department of Financial Regulations Crime and Fraud Unit...(don'tcha love the sound of that??) In regards to my old, old, old PDLS...They're putting the pressure on them and am waiting for a response.
The letter included the Florida Consumer Finance Act, Chapter 516, Florida Statutes. Section 516.02.
It's been a little over 2 years since I dug myself out of the bottom of that barrel and still fighting them!!
There is HOPE!!!! Don't give up everybody! 
Oh..almost forgot. Got another letter from them requesting my help for another deposition against one other PDL.
