If you can afford to pay your current monthly payments, then look into a debt management plan. If you can't and can only pay back half of what you owe, then settlement is for you. If you can't even do that, then BK is your answer. Everyone wants to consolidate their bills into one low monthly payment, reality is that it depends on your situation.
