THIS CO IS A COLLECTION AGENCY THAT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE FDCPA LAWS, I HAVE ALREADY FAXED THEM INFO AND INFORMED THEM NOT TO CALL ME IN WRITING VIA FAX AND THEY STILL INTEND ON CALLING ME I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE FTC FOR VIOLATING THE FDCPA LAWS, THEY GIVE COLLECTION AGENCY A BAD NAME WITH THERE HARASSMENT. I HAVE SPOKEN TO 3 MANAGERS OVER THERE AND THE MANAGER DONT SEEM TO CARE I SUGGEST TO PLACE A COMPLAINT IF YOU ARE BEING HARASSED THEY CAN BE FINED TO UP TO 100K DEPENDING ON THE VIOLATION. Who are you, a major shareholder? For $2,300 debt of credit cards and old bills I've paid ADF $1,740 and I received a report (which I had to request a number of times in order to recieve it) which states that I have about $650 dollars in my account towards payment of my debt. The initiation fee (or whatever they call it)was over $600. I've been paying $60 a month for about 20 months. Only when I got the statement I insisted on getting did I find out that out of the $60 per month I was paying they were still deducting $20 from that and only $40 was being credit to debt payment. You do the math. How much more do I have to pay to get these old bills settled for real? | |
