I'm finally getting around to contacting the Florida AG regarding my PDLs. I'm just looking for some advice on how exactly I should word my letter. Any advice?

I'm not sure exactly how the Florida AG site is arranged. Frogpatch is the Florida expert. But my state AG site has an on-line complaint form under "consumer protection". You just enter the information and give a brief (but thorough) statement of your problem. It's not hard. Just file each pdl separately and put the information on there. Give them the loan amount, what you paid, what the laws are (which they know), what they're charging you, etc. And also let them know if they've been harrassing you in any way. Any questions, just ask!
