I want to know if anyone has defaulted with the company Payday Loan Yes, I defaulted with them and now they are starting to call me at work. If someone can please advise. thanks. (I live in Florida)

Yes. I defaulted the end of March and I just received an email that they would settle for 70% of my balance. Of course their balance is a lot higher than I figure. Try calling them and making arrangements. They seem pretty easy to work with.

Do a serach here for Cash Net 500 . . . . Payday Loan Yes is their new name. They are a terrible company to deal with.

Maybe it is the time that has passed with my loan but they emailed me to settle for 70% off the balance. It is worth a try talking with them to see if they will work with you first.

How much have you paid on the account? Go through your state laws and calculate the outstanding balance. Know the balance before putting the settlement offer. You won't end up overpaying on the account. Be sure to get your account updated and a copy sent to you in writing.
