Go through the blog of pollyandsay and the letters sections in this site. You can also pick up some format from the ebooks section in this site. The lenders are required to work as per the state laws. Be aware of the laws in your state and tailor the samples according to your needs.

hey Cristee,
the letter is Pollyandsay's famous letter that I'm gonna email you. Pollyandsay and I are both in Michigan, and the copy I have is specifically for Michigan, with all of Michigan's laws in it.

Can I get a copy of that letter too? I'm in Michigan as well. I've tried to find information on Michigan payday loan laws, but didn't have much luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Glow,
I can't send you the Michigan letter unless you register with the site. So go ahead and do that, then pm me and I'll help you with that.

Hi mepate

Payday loan lenders are required to charge permissible interests and fees as per your state laws. Know the laws in Texas from the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner or from the Texas Attorney general office.

Ask your lenders to send you the itemized statement of your accounts. Review the interests and charges towards your account and work out payment arrangements with them.

After you log in the forums, you will see a member's area at the top left side of the screen. This displays your logged in status, the threads you created, and the number of posts. You also have a space where you receive and send info in private to others. This is called PM. If someone sends you any PM, it will be in your inbox and you will see it after log in.
