I have seen that you already signed up with this site and you will get a call from counselor with in a short period of time for a free counseling. You can share your problems with us in this forum. Forum members can suggest you some good way. Believe me the members of this forum are really helpful.

Definitely take the free debt counseling. Tell us a bit about yourself and what brought you to this forum? Feel free to ask questions. Some of us here are doing debt consolidation, debt settlement or doing some type of DIY with regards to getting out of debt. Or some have completed any of the above. With all of this experience, this forum is definitely your "one-stop debt information store". Welcome aboard.

Stubbs501, go for the counseling session first. It is really helpful. Also tell us the name of your lenders, how much do you owe, so that the members can guide you to the right direction.

I have current Payday Loans, and one in collection. They are as follows
Cashnet 500 $455
Route 66 Funding $269
Antilles Ventures Limited $260
SJM Marketing/Platinum B $390
Instant Cash USA $390
Pentagroup Financial is in collections for $480
I have contact info on all of them except Instant Cash USA. I also want to know if these people report to the credit bureaus?

Payday loan companies mostly report to the Teletrack with your loan details. Have you checked your previous records with the Teletrack? Remember, your entire loan accounts should be updated with the Teletrack for your good credit ratings.
