I wanted to find out if anyone has had any dealings with these folks. I keep getting emails saying I owe them money and I have never heard of them. Each time I have responded to the gentleman on the email telling him to validate this debt because I don't have a loan with them. I have never gotten a response...just the same deliquent loan (possible legal action) email. Finally, I got so mad when I received another yesterday that I put in big letters telling them to stop emailing me and I was getting a lawyer to look into a possible suit against them for harrassing me and not validating this debt. So last night I get a call from another gentleman who says that he's heard about the emails going back and forth between me and this other guy and he wants to clear it up. I told him I won't talk to him again until he validates the debt and shows me proof that I have a loan with them. He hung up on me.

I had a loan with this company Xpress Cash / Loan Shop. You should check your bank statements, when they deduct fees it shows up on my account as PD6 Ventures. I actually have this account enrolled in my consolidation program and they have been very nice everytime I've spoken with them. Their address is 2756 N GreenValley Parkway Suite 871, Henderson NV 89014 if you want to send them a letter. I hope this post was somewhat helpful.

Payday loan companies are not legally bound to follow the federal laws on debt validation because it is applicable on collection agencies only. But an itemized statement must be given to you that prove your past debt with them. Send a letter through certified mail requesting for the records. This receipt will leave an important proof of your payment efforts.
As guest said, keep a check on your bank accounts and list down the name of the companies making the debits. You will be able to figure out any unknown activity. Monitor your credit report also for accurate reporting by the companies.
