New Question:
If I personally wrote some creditors requesting verification of original debts and I get a return receipt back in the mail, but I never get a written response from them-what happens?
How do I then let the credit bureaus know that 30 days has past and I have not heard from them?
Do I have to mail the credit bureaus copies of the return receipt cards? Even so, how does that prove they have not written me back?

When you dispute an item failing to get the response from the credit company, the bureau runs an investigation based on their facts. They will figure out everything properly. If your information provider does not justify the matter, the item will be marked as disputed or perhaps removed from your file.

Yes you need to mail copies of return receipt card which is signed green card and a copy of that letter you had sent to OC(original Creditor) and demand to the bureaus that ythey should investigate.
