Have you tried to call your debtors? They may work with you.
This site doesn't offer loans, and frankly it's not such a good idea.
If you register here and fill out the forms, someone can call you and give you some counseling on how to go about fixing this!
Good luck

Don't take a loan for paying your past debts. You will have to pay interest for the new loan account as well as the existing ones. Besides, you need to pledge your property against the loan. If you default in your payments, there might be a risk of losing the property.

Taking a consolidation route will be helpful. All your bills will be combined together into one monthly payment and you will have lower interest rates. A counselor will call you and discuss about your accounts. Frame your payment structure and the debts will be paid off. Take a look at the benefits of the consolidation program.

Hi April,

I agree. You would not want to get a loan to pay only $3,000 off. You wouldn't qualify for a debt management plan aka credit counseling if you are more than 3 months behind, and you wouldn't want to use a debt settlement service because they typically require $7500 or more.

So your best bet really is to look on this site for dealing with creditors yourself under the So your best bet really is to look on this site for dealing with creditors yourself under the do it yourself tab, and look at the sample letters to see what to write your creditors to see if they are willing to take a settlement.
