The section mentioned by you can be an interesting contribution in the forum. All good ideas are welcome. I will start working with my technical team and launch the new segment ASAP.

Your research towards the state laws is invaluable. Once the new forum is online, feel free to contribute your knowledge on the legal aspects which is still not known to many people.

We also need to work towards some Much needed reform and expansion of the fdcpa and FCRA..They got their tightened bankruptcy law. now we need to level the playing field.

This could be a big undertaking, as there are many areas which will need to be addressed...
Bankruptcy Reform for Consumers, FCRA Reform, fdcpa Reform, PDL Regulation.. It will need more than one, or even two two get the ball rolling and keep it rolling.
