This company is okay most if the time. They have worked with me to pay off my credit card and they are sometimes understandable. It really depends on who you talk to that day on the phone. There were a couple of time that when I spoke with someone to make arrangements to pay off the debt, they called me a liar and that I needed to make the payment in full. And there was a time when I was explaing to the rep my situation that I was not working at the time he told me to pay in full or suffer with the bill and further actions and then to top that off he hung up on me before I had time to respond to what he said. I hope this helps with this company, but I have had good and bad repsonses with this compnay.

NCO Financial has been calling every day for the past 2 months, asking for a Cheryl Ludwig. I rarely answer the phone, as I'm at work when they call, ut my GF tells them everyb time, there aint no Cheryl Ludwig at this number. I have caught the calls a few times, asked for supervisors, and insisted they correct their records. Every time we tell them, there's no Cheryl Ludwig here.
(Honestly, there isn't...I'm Dan, my GF is Laurie...and the 2 cats don't count)
No matter how much we tell them this, they continue to call.
I'm starting a lawsuit, and gonna sue em, they have never updated their records, and I intend to make em pay for harrassing myself and my GF

Keeping the personal information updated with the credit a bureau is a must otherwise it may further lead to dreadful consequences like identity theft etc.
Please keep your information updated with all your creditors so that they can report with the same to the credit bureaus.
