This collection company is good and bad. More good than bad. I have a account with this company is regards to a company that I have never set foot in and they will not even investigate it. I advise them they I have never been there and they said it was me that they could not do anything about it. This company when it comes to investigating into something they will not do it. But when it comes to making a payment arrangements on something in collections with the company they will kindly make a arrangement with you. They will even send you monthly letters to remind you of your payment and what your balance is as of a certain date. Til to this day I am trying to find out where this company is and there is no company in my town and still they will not look into it or tell me where abouts it was located at.
