I just recieved a phone call where the online payday loan collection specialist is stating that he will be calling my Director. Can he really do that? I just spoke to him on the 2nd and I explained that I could only pay $30 per month since I get paid monthly. He refuses to even hear my plea. What do I do? In much despair.

Hi,
I had the same situation, someone called me stating they were MR. Ellis (however they did not speak very good English) they called me at WORK and proceeded to threaten without even telling me why, the just stated they were calling from California and I had a criminal case against me, that they would get me fired from my job and the police will pick me up on Monday. I tried to ask questions and this person just yelled at me and then he said if you have to speak to me call me at 805 number which turned out to be an invalid number.
I really want to contact them and there is no way of finding a number for them.
Does anyone have a valid number for this company? Or does anyone know of a way to get it?

So what do I do? I want to send them a letter to have them stop calling my job, but I have no contact information for them.

And by superb, I mainly mean really good to deal with if you happen to need to make use of your policy". The premiums might depend on a lot of elements, that it's not likely even worth inquiring here.
I'm estimating health care insurance in the Jacksonville area is quite a bit more
Anyway, appreciate your options.

My queries are: Just how much can a company legally require to let an insurance plan holder out of his auto insurance? How much does your agency charge when an individual wishes to stop and how much pressure can you use to maintain them? What are some suggestions or something like that we can say if our client has many months still left on his current automobile insurance policy? Undoubtedly, we are not going to wait until his renewal comes due every time.
