It's unfortunate that you would make a statement like this, since you do not know each of our personal circumstances. I tried to workout a payment arrangment with E,C&A. but they would not let me. Have you even invistigated this agency or perhaps you are one of the DEADBEATS that's employed by EC&A in which case they definitely own you.
