I am filing a complaint with my bbb because this is unexusable for them to act like this. I did not borrow half the money that they want.Is this fair in the state of NY? They called my office this am and threaten me again.

i was informed today by the maryland division of financial regulations that payday/cash advance loans are illegal in maryland. if you write to the dept. and give details, you may not even have to pay it back AT ALL!

Remember this company is in Florida!
The Attorney General's Office in Florida has been trying to get as many people to contact them about this so they can build a case.
Call Summer Saladino
Economic Crimes office of the Attorney General
Phone: (904) 348- 2720

She is working with me on this and suggested i encourage all victims to contact her.
PLEASE contact her!

Does anyone have Ellis' Fax number? I told "inspector" Sanchez that I would be mailing them a do not call me letter and once again, I receieve a call at work today from "inspector" Howard stating that Sanchez referred my case to her because I refuse to pay, which is not the case, I plan to pay the original company and not pay some fraudulent, non licensed compnay such as ellis(which I told Sanchez last week). I wish to fax them a do not call letter and if they continue to call, I will consider that harrasment!
Also, has anyone had any luck making payments to their original creditor(after dealing with Ellis)?? I have Apollo.
Thanks for anyone's help!

Can someone tell me how I can find out about the money I sent to them? I sent 300.00 total and I read that since they are suspended they can't receive the money. What do I need to do?
Thanks

I left Summer a message about 2 hours ago and she just returned by call. She is sending me an avidavate (sp) that I am to fill out, have notarized and send back to her. Sounds like they're going to go after Ellis, Crosby.
