But they DID come up on the NY DOS site when a search for Zenith Acquisition was performed.

The point was, Zenith Aquisition Corporation, is not listed a New York corporation. Umm, if your way of checking is better, teach me. I'm easy to get along with & like learning something new......

I'm not sure where the difference lies, but every time I search using "Zenith Acquisition" it pulls up.

When I follow your link, the search box says "Route 66 Funding" before I type anything in.

I don't want to go "round & round" I am just trying to figure out what I can do since I paid them and they won't send me any documentation/proof.

I was hoping that by stating that they are indeed coming up on that search, maybe someone here could offer some advice or at least explain to me what their being registered means to me trying to take action, since I obviously don't know what it means or what to do.

I don't work for anyone right now. I am a student trying to get some help.

Could someone else please click on that link and type in Zenith Acquisition and see if it pulls anything up?

I know I'm not crazy. Very Happy

It is pulling up 2 listings for me every time. They appear in blue text at the top of the page.

I don't GET a yellow box. I get 2 listings. And I'm not a sir. I also had my husband try looking it up by going to their website, and he is able to pull it up as well. So I'm not sure why you're not able to look it up properly.

Anyway, I'm in Ohio.

I think the problem may be that we are searching 2 different ways. I am searching with just "Zenith Acquisition." I notice that when I try putting "Corporation" at the end, I DO get the yellow box you were speaking of. : )

My day started at 530 am this morning hunting down a stateside collections thats using a cellphone only to communicate with people, three UK based operations & one down in Costa Rica that I've jumped, ducked & rolled through 100 miles of governmental redtape obstical course to get to.
