Hi! This is Sandy from United Christian Financial, subsidiary of USA debt management. I'll be glad to answer your questions about debt consolidation or negotiation, and explain the positives and negatives about a program, in a way you can understand. I also have previous banking experience, which I believe helps.

Hi Kenya,

Debt consolidation program works with the objective to make the process of your repayments easier. It does not have any negative impact on your credit file.

There are some accounts which might be in defaults or have added with huge financial charges and the late fees. It results in a negative impression in the credit file. It further worsens when it is sent to the collections. Debt consolidation program tries to erase all the negative markings appearing in the credit report by completing all the dues in the said accounts. You will be able to see the result when your accounts will be shown as "Paid in Full" or "Paid as Agreed" in your credit report.

There are some agencies who try to report the accounts as "Settled" in your credit report. This gives an impression that you have faced some sort of financial difficulty and you were unable to pay the original amount. The consultant working in your program ensures that your accounts are reported as required so that you are able to retain your credit worthiness.

The debt consolidation program will be appearing in your credit report as long as you are into it and your credit report will be viewed more favorably than before.

Most of the people are satisfied with the use of the debt consolidation program and see the positive signs of it in their credit report. This has now become the most common method to solve the debt related problems and achieve a debt free life.

Be rest assured that your financial worthiness will start improving from the day you start using this program. It's an effort that you are taking the responsibility of clearing the past debt and this program will help you in doing it in the most convenient ways.

Regards
Roxette

Kenya, if you are willing to pay your debt, then why will any company take any legal action against you. You can convince the collection agency that you are willing to pay the debt and you insist for a payment arrangement.

No collection agency can recover the money if they even take the matter to the court. And after all, it involves court costs and valuable time.

Try for a suitable negotiation. I am sure it will work. Though, it might take some time but it will definitely work.

One of my loans are w/ sonic payday and they told me that they will garnish my check and make it very nasty for me. a lady by the name of ms. robensen constantly calls me at my job and makes it very unpleasant. she wont make arrangements, shes like the price will just keep going up until you pay and we will be garnishimg your check.

its rediculous to constantly try to make it like the consumer is not trying to pay, im like i wanna pay but i cant give u everything i have, i just wnat arrangements.then they throw out there, u can never borrow from us again. i dont want to ever.

I thought there would be more than one company listed in the "rankings", also where to I find the feedback regarding these companies the "Debt Consolidation Care" reports as reputable?

Hi, I have been doing debt consolidation with United Christian Financial since September of 2005. I recently have not been able to reach my debt counsler by the name of Richard Wohlberg, and I was wondering if you will be able to help me. I have a few questions about my balance and possibly paying it off within the next few months instead of the next year. please email me back at email address removed per forum rules. Tammy
