Gentlemen
my son went to his apt. Today to discover that his landlord had thrown out all of his furniture and other positions without his consent.some of the items were still good. Does my son have any legal recourse to be compensated for his belongings,
his apt is located @ 3820 state street drive
new orleans la.

Welcome to the forums.
As per the rental agreement deed, if the landlord is in violation of the terms and conditions and thrown all the belongings of your son without genuine reasons, I am sure there are legal laws to safeguard his interests.
You can send your complaint describing the cause of the situation to the attorney general office in your state. I hope necessary actions will be taken in your son's favor if the landlord is found guilty.
