Christian Jefferies of 28 Christian Ct. Spartanburg SC 29307-2700, representing his company, C&J Vending Services, has defrauded me of $5125.00 by offering for sale vending equipment he did not possess and then failed to deliver said equipment. He has since avoided all contact. I have sent a certified letter demanding my money back, which he has received, but has failed to respond. According to my investigator, he has done this before. According to associates, he has done this more than twice. He needs to be stopped. Please help me. Tell me what to do, where to go to get this bad guy. Thanks.
