Oops...you have a typo. The Texas AG is Greg Abbott not Greg Abbort.

Does anyone if the attorney general has been useful in assisting those or us who have fallen victim to payday loan and the high interest? If so please advise. I have one payday loan for $200. where I've been paying $90. interest twice a month since the first of 2006, meaning this loan has been paid off many times over therefore if there is any legal info (statues or codes) that are applicable please tell me. I can go to the law library for copies. Thanks all it helps to know there are others like me. Trying to keep our heads above water.
