I hired binder & binder for my social securtiy disabilty. with out to much help from them i was awarded my benifits. they are now sitting on my payment they are refusing to call ss office to tell them they may talk to me about my benifits. I was awarded fully favorable disicion by the judge. They have ony called me one time since i hired them last year. My payments and my disabilty checks are being held up because of their failure to call the office to tell them they can dicuss my case with me. They are not living up to their ads they do not help you. I have been treated rudely and disgracefully buy several of the people i have delt with over the past year and a half. All i want is them to call my local social security office to approve them to talk to me so i will get my benifits. They act as if it is to much to ask. but yet they are gettin 3500.00 of my back pay for doin nothing to help me. all medical records i recieved over the course of this i have had to get pay for and mail to them. while they sit and bounce you around to person to person on the phone you can not get any answers. I know the social security off has called and left messages 4 times already and yet no call back from them. ive called them over and over begging them to call them so i can get my money. Please help me with this matter. even if you can call their office tell them you inquiring on my behalf to get them to call social security office so they will release4 my money. im in dire need of it and they want to stall evern longer thank you for your help Binder & binder 34 industrial street bronx, ny 10461 (71 684-8200. my home phone is i appreciate anything you can do to help me. my email address is edited - NDthank you so very much. please help me i dont know where to turn but they misrepresent their clients and are claiming false results.

Tammy....please don't post personal info. Your best bet would be to file a complaint with the NY Bar Association
