I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Some areas have blocked 877 numbers. i remember this happening to me before.
Or it could be that the line may be too busy. So you should try again during low peak hours. possibly early in the morning around 9 or 8.
But also, when you register, someone will also get in contact with you. So there is two ways to reach them
One will be based on your efforts and the other is based on the efforts of the representative.
So eventually, you will get in contact with someone.
