Payday loan - what to do?

But only if you have paid off the other. You don't want to get caught in the payday loan trap if that is the type of loan you are speaking of.

Best to keep away from payday loan companies all together if you can.

You call me childish, but you don't comment on the post that is clearly untruthful. Why is it that you only target the people on this forum that don't side with you. Do you deny that a lie was posted? Do you consider my posts childish because I won't allow a lie to go unchallenged?

Hey guests... could you do a girl a favor and come up with a cute and crafty name for your guest status? I got confused.....

Guest...you lie

Guest...grow up

Guest...no you are a liar

Guest...what a beautiful day and oh btw, you lie

Now picture it this way

I am a cool chic (guest)...you lie

I love me (guest)...grow up

I am a cool chic (guest)...no you are a liar

I love me (guest)...what a beautiful day and oh btw, you lie

See how nicely that goes? That way everyone can follow who is talking to who Very Happy

Because I can't figure out who is lying nor what they are lying about! Is it just me?

It's not really that difficult. Some one posted that they were contacted by the law office regarding an outstanding debt due to 900 number services. This is impossible, the law office does not represent any 900 number service companies. Many times people have posted that this forum is here to help people, however this person posted a bold face lie. I challenged this untruthful post, and in return I was called childish.
Although we both post a 'Guest', I don't believe the conversation is difficult to follow. To simplify matters for you and the other people that read this forum I will refer to myself as Truthful.
Now I will get a handful of people telling me how awful I am, but not one seemed to be bothered that this forum is being made a joke by the lies that are being posted.

I was probably just sleepy at the time, but I was confused.

Great name BTW.

I have no clue what law firm you are referring too but if you have proof that a lie was posted, refute it with proof, if you have any. I am all about the pursuit of the truth!

The firm is Paul Kuperstein and Associates and the people posting that they are being defined as liars but that they are "TRUTHFUL" are of course collegues of this firm and are no doubt the same ones posting on the Paul Kuperstein forum.

I recall this posting never being answered:

Seems you have accused "Newbie" as well as "guest" of lying according to this "post here". So another lie comes of out your mouth - like that is a surprise.

I too second "newbie"'s comment - please do "get a life".

Once again you have been exposed for lying and the fraud you are.

You are the definition of "liar".

Say what you will and deny all you like. You are the only one on this forum defending the actions of the firm and calling everyone else liars, I recall this being stated before - LOOK AT THE RATIO.

How can anyone truly believe one person isn't lying when there are so many others that have encountered the same situation. Many, many people have posted their situation here - are you trying to say that THEY ARE all wrong and what they went through is a figment of their imagination and that you are the only way telling the truth - SOMEONE WHO WORKS FOR THE FIRM that has up until now and who knows if is still conducting their business illegally?

End of the road.

Ok I think I am following this now..

'Truthful' is an employee of this Paul Kuperstein law firm and asserts that this firm operates in a legal manner.

'THE REAL TRUTH' is possibly a person who has had dealing with this law firm?

I can be a devil's advocate here, because I have never dealth with this law firm, and now that everyone is choosing names, even though they are close in nature I think I can follow.

Truthful, your assertion is that your firm is a collector, but you do not collect on 900 number debts?
Truthful, can you describe what your firm does do?

THE REAL TRUTH, are you asserting that this law firm violates fdcpa? Does this law firm appear anywhere on your credit report?

I guess I would like to see you two (assuming that there aren't any other's involved in this) move out of the name calling thing, because that is futile, and move into showing real proof to back up your claims.

The proof is in the postings typed on the Paul Kuperstein forum.

Somehow, this forum was created also which really the two should be one.

Too much information to re-iterate Pollandsay.

truthful,

I have to take exception to your comment abot the Law Office not representing 900# service companies. I have been posting in the other forum as a result of Mr. David contacting me with regard to 900# calls and he said the company was Live Interaction (or Interactive.)

Melody, your bank can block the loan company from taking out further money. After they are blocked, call the loan company for the latest copy of your loan statement. You must make sure to get the PIF in writing from them.

Also Melody...I don't think this site is what you were looking for. We are not a loan company. What company were you looking for? If you tell us, someone here may be able to tell you how to contact them.

Sandy S the posting that I am referring to occured within the past couple of weeks or so. I, for the life of me, can't figure you people out. Someone posted within the past couple of weeks that they were just contacted about a 900 number services debt. There is no way that this could have possibly happened because the law office has not represented 900 numbers service companies for some time now. You can defend this claim all you want, but the facts are simple - the law office does not represent 900 number companies, so why did someone claim to have been contacted regarding a debt owed to some 900 number service by the law office? It didn't happen, someone just thought that maybe it would be fun to stir the pot, why?
Live Interactive was a product of a company that the law office no longer represents.
There is much dancing around this fact, all I said is this person lied, and they did. No one contacted anyone about 900 number services because we do not represent any 900 number service companies - cut and dry.
Play the blame game if you wish, but all I did was correct an untruthful post, and just like always you all go on the attack.

Truthful,

I stand corrected. You did say in an earlier post that your organization did not represent 900# companies and hadn't for quite some time.

I have to believe that your organization's past relationships with 900# firms has done a great deal of damage to the reputation of your firm. The damage done probably hinders the ability to collect valid debts.

My experience with Mr. David was 100% negative and that I will never forget. The legacy of collection efforts for the trojan dialer 900# calls will likely follow your organization for some time.
