You can say all you want Janet but you tend to forget, that what you practice is certainly not what you preach.

After what the majority of everyone has gone through in dealing with your so called firm, do you honestly expect people to believe anything you say. Up until now, you firm has never dealt legitimately, constantly deny that people ever had the experience they did with your firm.

Do you think we just sat around and decided to just pull these experiences out of nowhere?

P.S. Sorry to disappoint you Janet, but I am not Mr. David - believe what you want. Interesting how you keep using him as an escape goat though. I am new to this site and am here because of the many harrassing phone calls I have had with your firm. I will not contact you EITHER way as I refuse to expose myself to the dealings of your firm again - PERIOD! I never got anywhere and I had talked to this "Nr. David" on several occasions.

Forgive me if I am wrong, but I tend to think you all operate the same way, you just may be eager to turn this company around as you haven't been there long enough to truly understand the ethics of this firm.

This is what I'm talking about. I don't know who you are or what you are trying to do. Are you trying to convince people that this site is the responsibility of the law office or me?
Way back at the beginning of this forum it was sited that this forum was a place for people to get help with their debt issues/problems. I think that's great.
Some of the post on this forum are legit, and some of the staff from the law office have attempted to do what they can. I assure you that the negative or derogitory posts were not posted by anyone employed by the law office.
Many untruths have been posted on this forum and I think that is sad.
Attempting to respond to these outright scandelous claims is truly a huge waste of my or any other employee of the law office.
It is my hope that the people that take the time to read through this forum do so in a mature and educated manner realizing that someone is extremely vendictive here, this person believes that posting much of this nonsence will somehow do harm to the law office.
We have been in business for many years and will continue to offer our clients the high level of service that they've come to expect from our organization. You, the few that make up all of the posts here, are but a mere handful of the volume of people that we communicate with.

You continue to think Charline that it is only one person posting on this site about the horrible experiences they had with your firm. I urge YOU to act in a mature and educated manner and really read this forum. There are many, MANY different people posting here despite what you might think and you and your couple collegues are the only ones defending your actions. No one else.

The conversation will never be over. You keep saying you will not post on here again BUT here you are AGAIN.

Like it has been written before, you cannot convince people that you operate legitimately when your firm continues to this day act illegitimately. Say what you will over and over again but people are still experiencing the same scare tactics of Mr. David and whoever else from your law firm on a daily basis - deny it all you like and accuse everyone else of lying but the facts are the facts and the truth is the truth.

And to quote you about the untruths on this forum and how it is sad - I do agree with you on that SO why don't you stop doing so.

We just got a call from this so called company too. Voice mail got it and it was a mr. david saying very important message....bla, bla, bla.....
He also called my husbands work. we don't know what this is regarding but whether he is a bill collector or not, I never answer the phone to someone I don't know. And I am in Bc and this is from ontario so who knows but whoever is doing this I really hope that with everyone together we can stop these people. I know that I don't want my home called all the time and worst yet my husbands work.

I am the "guest" that is being accused of lying by "truthful." As to why I am being called a liar for getting a call from this Mr. Sargent guy. Why would I lie about getting a call from this asshole about some payday loan company. You really need to get a life, well said "newbie" and find a normal job that doesn't involve harrassment. I got another call from this Mr. Sargent 2 days ago telling me I now have 24 hours. Just like all the other posts says. If you going to try and pull a scam over people maybe you should mix up your methods so that smart people can't catch onto you. I didn't lie and I would like being told that I am a liar.

ive just been contacted by these guys, same story, i didnt get as far as what they actually wanted from me,they outright refused until i gave them my name, i only gave them my last name, they wanted my full name, i said no. then "mr. sargeant" started to get very rude with me, i actually lost it on him, im sure there was spit coming out of his end of the phone! long story short, ive reported this to peel regional police,they are forwarding it to there fraud dept. i'm shocked that a company can operate like this with seeming impunity,they gave me the markham address, but from reading here it looks like they have business all over. the police recommended to tell them not to contact me, that police have been contacted. nobody give these guys nuthin!

We recibed a call for the first time today august 10 2006 by a mr david. Voice mail got it and he just used the lawyers name that he has been using and said my husband needed to contact him. Also mr. David called his work stating the same thing. It's a very important business matter. Well you all know the routine. Still don't know what this matter is regarding but i am waiting to answer the phone now for a one on one with the guy after reading all this information regarding these people believe me he has no idea who he just peed off. And i am so mad. For all you people that get intiminated easily by bull collectors, that's any bill collector don't be afraid to stand your ground. Bill collectors are the scum of the earth and they aren't afraid to say anything to make you pay. They are the true scum of the earth. If you fight back with them then they know that they are in for a fight and tend to back down. Especailly if they aren't getting anywhere with you. You got to remember that bill collector companies only get paid if they collect. Naturally they are gonna be rude and persistant. Otherwise there company doesn't get paid.
It's a sad story that there life has gone to something that low as a job. It's got to be one of the most degrading jobs out there. My therory is they are in ontario and i am in bc canada. If they want to su me then i say don't sing it, bring it. I'll be laughing all the way to the court house.....

And so the scamming continues - surprise, surprise.

I am sure a post will be on here shortly from Charline or Janet stating "please contact us to discuss your file. We will do everything we can to help sort it out". That seems to be all they can do. That and their continual denial of fradulent activities - the usual damage control comments.

Good to know this forum is helping people on a daily basis. Don't fall prey to their scare tactics.

I told Mr. David off and last thing out of court was tell your husband that we'll see him in court and i told him you do what you think you have to do and haven't heard from him in days. I really don't know what any of this is about but I don't care to be threatned. So I guess if we go to court what a beautiful story because we could sure use some action in our lives.

We just received one of these calls today from Paul Kupferstein's office, it really scared us to think that we were being investigated for something. my husband thought to check the internet to research it, and I am glad he did! I am in Canada and will be reporting it to the RCMP and whomever else will listen!!!
