Looks like Paul Kuperstein's employees are hiding behind many names and are posting over here also - TOO MUCH indeed.

Kind of like everyone on here hiding behind various names? You all act like you are victims of hanous crimes. You didn't pay off your debt and you got caught, why do you blame the Law Office? These bad debts will eventually be reported to your credit bureau then you're on your own. Some of you aren't dealing with a full deck.
At least post the truth, why lie?

Just wanted to let you all know that we received a call today from Steve Sargeant saying that someone had filed a complaint in an office and had a case number and everything. We search on the internet and found nothing to do with Paul Cooperstein and Associates. I did a search for the number that he left and the number traces to Unionville, ON. We are not going to fall for this SH*T.

It's funny how the message he leaves he doesn't use a first or last name. Can anyone find an address for htis place? would love to pay him a visit and give him a reason to file a complaint. And I see that even after several month, the investigations that The Law Society and BBB are doing are NOT working.

To L&S in regards to your post you can see that your a real loser. You owe money but you are not big enough to pay your debt. So now YOUR the BIG going to pay a visit. You people make normal people who want help sick. ITs the LAW OFFICE OF PAUL KUPFERSTEIN. learn to spell and read then maybe you would have read the thing that you signed saying you would pay back your debt. Then you wouldn't have people calling you. DUH

Its funny how his message didn't leave a name but you seem to have two names. As for his messages he always leaves a message. I should know he's left me a few. It says this is MR. Sargeant from the law office of paul kupferstein and associates calling in regards to a pending law suit filed by ....... So don't come on here with your bull. At least say the truth

Why is it that when someone defending PK's office posts with an alias they are hiding behind it, but when debtors use their various 'handles' and post garbage they are protecting their personal info?

Would it be wise to post your first and last name, and better yet let's just give it all, phone number, social security number, address, mother's maiden name, and my first born's blood type. I am willing to bet that the collector's posting on here don't want to give their names/company etc... because it could be used against them for illegal collection tactics when they are sued or they are indicted on felony charges. It does happen, a collector was just sentenced to jail, 4 years of probation, and ordered to pay over $50,000 in restitution to his victims. He was charged with extortion, because it is extortion when one makes threats of using information to get money out of a person. And that is a FELONY.

The people who work for this boggus law firm really give a new definition to pathetic, bottom feeders. No wonder they hide with alias names, who on earth would deal with the likes of these people when they certainly have no clue on how to act professionally. I can only take a guess that the way they handle themselves on here is probably there actual attitude and personality outside they office - what a sad life.

What I have learned from people who exercise over controlling personalities at work and have anger issues, and those who use threatening behaviors to coerce others is that they lack control in their personal lives so what they do is they take their issues to work with them and they usually attempt to control and "bully" coworkers, clients, and in this case debtors.

What I have learned from people is that those who lack control in their own personal lives counte-transfer this issue in the work place. In this instance they will exert their anger and attempt to "bully"/threaten the debtor, this gives them a sense of superiority and control over the debtor and they have some sense of control, where as their personal life they have no control. That's my opinion.

Your post was so correct but you forgot the other side those who are debtor never change they take people for everything they can get. Usually the marriages fail and they cannot hold a job and then they bring there children up thinking that this is a normal life they then live off people who work hard for their money by going on welfare or mothers allowance. And once again those people who strive to be good people and work hard for there money do so to keep debtors alive. What a great world we live in. I am tired of supporting people like that I know there are people that just make mistakes but those ones try to correct the problem. Your advice on here is to ignore there debt that they owe and have a great life. Well I hope my children never grow up like that. For those of you that have a debt if there are questions about a company call the orginal company and verify that your debt is with this company called the law office than pay your debt. Don't be like some people who come on here saying well I owe this loan and that loan but since payday lenders are not legal in my state then I am not going to pay. You borrowed the money pay it back

Hi, I'm looking for some information about this company. I know they are a law firm and are employed in collection of past due accounts. I have been attempting to file a complaint with the Ontario Government Services, but do not have enough information on them. Which city are they located in?
