I haven't been involved in this but I do think it is very relevant if this Mr. Cowan is a lawyer, especially if he is representing himself as one and he isn't.

It's Mr. Kupferstein's office that provides debt recovery services, not Mr. Cowan's. No it's not relevant.

Then catch me up! Who is Mr. Cowan? I'm just trying to follow along. But it sounds like that in one of the posts this Mr. Cowan has represented himself as an attorney. If this is true and he isn't a lawyer, then how is that not relevant? I always thought it was illegal to misrepresent yourself as a doctor, lawyer, police officer, nurse, etc......see where I'm going with this? I just want to understand who Mr. Cowan is and why is this person saying he called them if he didn't, how would they know his name?

Time for a little pow wow in the office to get all your boggus facts straight so you don't contradict each other. Won't help anyway . . . Kuperstein and clan will one day not be able to get out of what they seem to be digging themselves into. More and more information is being compiled and gathering from your postings, your shady dealings and continually avoidance of questions can only run for so long until you will finally be exposed for what you people really are. You can only try and hide behind cover up after cover up for so long.

Say what you will (which I am sure you will) but facts are facts.

You may feel like we don't know what we are talking about (which of course we do) but you could avoided so many postings and rebutals if you and your collegues just answered the questions asked of you directly and truthfully and stop avoiding them. You want people to send you money, etc. then I think it is only fair you answer the questions raised by them and send them what they request - ALL questions. Then maybe, you may actually run a legit operation that people can trust.

Mr. Cowan Have never said he was a lawyer or not a lawyer to anyone as he has not spoke to any of you debtors. Whether he is a lawyer or not is not an issue other than so people trying to dig up dirt. To bad you can't find any.

Also I do not know what kind of companys you work for but most companys do not list the owner first or second also if you phone companys they will list accounting then sales then service or press 1 for Mr. so&so and 3 for Mrs. so&so. They don't say press 1 for he owns the company press to for ... he's the vice. Please give us a break here.

I want a serious answer. Without one, there is something being hidden.

If this company is to somehow save face and be respected as a debt collection firm, disclosure is needed. Otherwise, all the proof will just mount that Kupferstein/Liability Solutions/The Law Office are nothing but crooks.
