Then why do Mr. David & Mr. Sargent represent themselves as lawyers? Why do they make threats of jail?

Are you saying we have no right to know who people are dealing with, that everyone is just suppose to do whatever they say without questioning anything? Unbelievable what you try and get away with hoping that everyone will just bow down to your scare tactics. A legit company would NEVER operate that way but then again, when has this firm ever operated legitimately.

Your comment is truly contradictory considering it is Mr. Sargeant and Mr. David calling everyone stating that they are calling from the offices of Paul Kuperstein to collect a debt.

You people really need to get your story straight.

Funny how this so called legit company is still under fire here and one of the main topics of this forum and that they still conduct their business using scare tactics and illegally threats. Obviously they don't get it.

The only people from the law office that represent themselves as lawyers are the lawyers. The position of the staff members is not information that I or anyone is going to post on this site. This is a forum based on slander and defamation both illegal activities.
If you feel that a crime has been committed then proceed accordingly. There will be no further communication on this forum from the staff members of either Mr. Kupferstein or Liability Solutions.

I have worked with your group before and I have paid my outstanding bill with you, but one thing I didn't like was the tone and manner with which your employee used over the phone and in person.

He was very unprofessional, rude, cold. I understand your business very well, but to act in this matter is not good business etiquette.

I don't work for this company, but I have posted before. I work for a collection agency in the GTA. It doesn't matter what is posted here, if you're not bashing this company you all assume the person posting works for them. Never assume - you know the rest.
