It's just that we have been burnt by Charline's / Mr. David's postings in the past. They come in and out of names but their wording pretty much remains the same and the written harrassment is pretty consistent. It is only human nature to respond to comments when our personal character is being attacked without validity. I am sure things would be where they are today if they practiced what they preached but unfortunately for them, they choose the wrong path to go down and picked the wrong person to mess with.

It is too bad that your collegues couldn't be more like you. I am sure my impression and dealings with your company may have been different if it was you who called me and not Mr. David. I do realize that you may be the only in your company who actually is sincere. In any event, I apologize.

My comments are directed to certain people and they know who they are.

And Janet - I will admit I bust on you. But I honestly never bust on you in a mean way. While I may be harsh, I am that way cuz I have questions, and you are the only person with your company that has the nerve to come here, identify themself and offer REAL help. Anyone else that supports your company comes here with rude words, useless info and ill manners.

You are getting some of my wraith because frankly, you are the only contact I have. If Mr. Cowan or Mr. Kupferstein or whomever is of power at whatever your company is called would come here and have an honest, fact-backed dialog, we could possibly end this thread. But for whatever reason, they won't. And then more people find these threads and post their stories about their run-ins with Mr. David, Mr. Sargent, Mr. Shaw and the rest, and their stories match mine.

What would you think?

Well someone obviously is posting from your company and it is hard to believe that no one in your office knows of this and what slander and accusations they are typing.

How is that they can keep getting away with writing what they do?

Jedijeff1, it's hard to know who is who anymore on this site. I came here a way back when trying to assist people, but they just kept attacking my character. I answered what I could, and didn't answer what I felt was not relevant. Perhaps you and others felt differently.
The way you have responded to my simple post today is the reason why I have chosen to mind my business and not continue to communicate with the people on this site.

Are you hitting on me Jedi? You've called several times, you certainly do know how to reach me. I've not tried to make anyone look bad, I've not attempted any damage control 1. because I don't believe any is required and 2. I haven't been participating on this site in quite a while.
Not one person within Mr. Kupferstein's represents themselves as lawyers unless they truly are. I don't think most of the questions you or any of the other people ask are any of yours or their business, and that's why I don't answer them. I know you'd really like to know the intimate details, but no particulars will be posted on this site, surely you can understand the reasons for this. This is a site that is full of people that have complaints. (both lies and some truths) This is not the way to resolve anything.
You can all call me if you like, but I will redirect your calls) to the department that addresses debtor concerns.

Then why is is that your company threatened to do this earlier to me huh?! Obviously you understand that, why is it your collegues don't - common sense really but I've heard that threat before from them. It is probably because they are only capable of throwing out the words. I and others are certainly waiting for the rest, one day they will slip up, one day.
