I am new to this site but I am not new to the problem of trying to get a refund of 5200.We have been trying for 1yr.and 3months. In fact we were part of a news article in the scottsdale times and nothing happened. We had given up until I found this site.If anyone has any ideas we are more than willing to join in.

If you were part of the original suit and were not paid as required in total, all these people will kiss you, you were the one they have been looking for, the Stanton's did not follow the orders of the court.

Has anyone heard from Hyla in the past week. She is back to not answering my emails or anything. I disputed her claim as to what was in my settlement account and she has gone MIA for me.

Also, if you have talked to an attorney - PM me and let me know what they are saying. Is an attorney the way to go? Are they having any luck? I am still looking in the NY area for a good attorney. My friends said they would get back to me.

Thanks folks and keep the faith. Don't let this company get away with this at all. We need to fight.

An attorney is about the only way to be sure you get anything - if they haven't spent it all already. pm me if you want to know more.

I have not heard from Hyla since the second week in May, She said I would get my refund on June 1st. I know she told several other people they should have received thair refund last week. If Hyla does not send me my money on June 1st I will get an attorney and go after her, not only for my money bur for pain and suffering also.

Hyla had been responding to my e-mails, but the last response I have is from May 19th. I have sent many e-mails since then, but with no response yet. I'm still e-mailing.

Sorry - this was my post below - I thought I was logged in but wasn't - this site seems to have a brain fart once in a while...

I received my second refund check on Friday....dated 5/30/06. She has, thus far, been sending refunds to me when she says they will arrive. Keep on top of it!

Hi MadMom

It is normal in the forum to return back to the first page after you post each time. Have you tried to clean the cookies of your computer? Press ctrl f5 to clean the temporary internet files. I hope the problem will get solved.

Regards
Mike

amch4, I finally got my refund a few months back and had waited a year and two months to finally get it. I felt like I was never going to see it. Hang in, and keep fighting for it. Keep writing, e-mailing and filing complaints.
