Hello everyone. I'm still alive. Just had to get away from this for awhile. Hyla has NOT contacted me in over 2 weeks. She said she had sent out the cancelation letter back then, Never got it! We read the contract again. It says a cancelation letter must be sent in. It does NOT say we have to use their cancelation form. Any cancelation letter should work. We emailed it to her yesterday and plan on putting one in the mail system today. I have left messages on all the phone numbers we have for her.. No word back yet. Even the weasel Chris doesn't answer his phone messages. I'm glad some are getting their money back! I wish I knew what y'all were doing differently from me! The contract says the set up fee and the retainer fees are NOT refundable. So RMP/ Hyla Stanton still owes me $12,500.00 with no cancelation fee. You would think they would be happy just to keep the $1,299.00 they charged. They can get rich on fees alone! Just give us ALL back our money Hyla. Oh, You should be getting some vistiors real soon!!! So like I said, It was in your best interest to refund my money!!! So Hyla, please contact me again!

There has been some jerk posting crap about people in other threads so that may be why the site is acting crazy.

How about filing a small claims suit on Stanton's in your own area? Perhaps the court will take jurisdiction. If not, at least you will get the Stanton's attention and cause them at least a little grief.

Actually taking them to small claims court is a good idea however, there usually up to a certain amount of $ you can go after in small claims court. Most people here are dealing with thousands of dollars.

Just my 2 cents.

Try the justice courts in Maricopa County - you can file up to $10,000 and all the forms and info you need are on line.

Yeah, I think we have overloaded this site. I keep having to log in when I used to get in automatically - and Norton does a great job of scarfing my cookies, Mike. The numbers at the bottom of the screen also seem to be changing their format....

Well it's been since March 9,2006 since I cancelled with RMP. The past three weeks I have received NO response from any department there. My refund was due BY May, with thier LIES of 4 to 6 weeks. I'm happy to hear some people have received thier money, but I'm still baffled that no legal action has been taken by any agency we have all contacted?? What the hell is going on with the consumer protection organizations that our TAX money is paying for to help US???

Skipper, i have had the same problem lately and the cookies thing doesn't make a difference, maybe we are overloading this forum. I noticed that there are several new folks that want to know what everyone is doing different from them, we all just kept pushing and calling an faxing and emailing daily, by the way i sure hope that all of the new people that have lost a lot more money than i did filed a complaint with the federal trade commission, it is easy to file and the ones that have filed send in an update that you still haven't gotten your refund, let them know that they are still promising you your money and you haven't gotten it, flood them with complaints, they are taking action with other companies we just have to press this one on to get them to see that there is a lot of people they scammed and are still scamming.

Hello Mike. Thank you for responding. When I login, I still get the message" You`ve been banned from the forum". I went ahead and disabled (switch to insecure mode) secure tunneling system(netsecure from anonymizer). Just like last night, I was able to get to the forum but unable to access my account. I forgot to include certain information that was on the website when I got to this forum...maybe you know whats going on.

This is what i`m reading when in the forum on insecure mode. Hope this helps...either that or we`re actually overloading the forum. Thanks. I`ll try again tomorrow night.
